About the Role Auto Body Shop Collision Repair Technician at Duke Chevrolet GMC in Suffolk, VA. This onsite, full‑time position offers a chance to work with modern equipment in a high‑volume collision center. What You'll Do
- Perform auto body collision repairs following OEM guidelines and shop procedures.
- Use the Car-O-Liner frame bench and Pro Spot welder to restore structural integrity.
- Communicate production status with teammates and supervisors; contribute to a collaborative, efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safety standards are met.
- Stay current with ICAR/ OEM processes and participate in training as required. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of automotive collision repair experience.
- Clean, valid driver’s license and own tools (we’ll help move your toolbox).
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to train and follow OEM processes and quality standards.
- Ability to repair all makes/models. Nice to Have
- ASE and/or state inspection certification reimbursement.
- Experience with Car-O-Liner, Pro Spot welders and PPG finishes.
- Certifications or training related to advanced collision repair. Compensation & Benefits
