About the Role Bei Diehl kannst du eine 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau bzw. zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) beginnen. Du lernst breit gefächerte betriebliche Zusammenhänge kennen und sammelst Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Personalmanagement. Die Ausbildung wird von qualifizierten Ausbildern begleitet und durch den Besuch der Berufsschule in Frankfurt ergänzt. What You'll Do
- Absolvierung einer 3-jährigen Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau/zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
- Erwerb breitgefächerter Fertigkeiten und Verständnis betrieblicher Zusammenhänge
- Einsatz in verschiedenen Aufgabenstellungen des Unternehmens (Marketing, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Personalmanagement)
- Begleitung durch qualifizierte Ausbilder und Fachbetreuer
