Stellenbeschreibung Integrale Auftragsabwicklung von Ersatzteil- und Maschinenaufträgen unter Einhaltung aller zoll-, exportkontroll- und aussenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Vorgaben. Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Export-, Import- und Versanddokumenten sowie Ursprungsnachweisen. Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in allen Fragen des internationalen Warenverkehrs, der Zollabwicklung und der Exportkontrolle. Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Zollbehörden, Spediteuren, Kunden, Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern. Überwachung gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Aussenhandels- und Zollprozessen. Durchführung von Analysen, Audits und Schulungen zur Sicherstellung der Compliance im internationalen Handel.
