About the Role FUCHS offers an apprenticeship at the Kaiserslautern site where you learn different commercial areas and gain insights into key departments. From day one you will take on responsibilities, work closely with teams and have the chance to drive projects, developing a solid understanding of economic processes at FUCHS. What You'll Do
- During your apprenticeship you will learn different commercial areas and gain insights into departments such as purchasing, marketing, HR and accounting.
- From the start you will take on own tasks and be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with teams, contribute to various topics and have the opportunity to take on and drive projects independently.
- This will help you develop a strong understanding of economic processes at FUCHS. What We're Looking For
- You will soon have a good to very good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschule).
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
- You are interested in office and administrative tasks and enjoy numbers and data.
- You work carefully, independently and are willing to take responsibility. Compensation & Benefits
