Du bist von unseren Luxus-Fahrzeugen ebenso begeistert, wie vom Autohandel und -service? Dann erlernst du in dieser Ausbildung die perfekte Basis für den Fahrzeugkauf, -verkauf und –service.
Deine Aufgaben
- Kennenlernen von kaufmännischen Abläufen beim Serviceaufenthalt und beim Fahrzeugkauf bzw. –verkauf
- Einsetzen von modernen Kommunikationsmedien und Computeranwendungen
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Einsätzen im Ersatzteilvertrieb, in der Kundendienstannahme und unterstützend im Verkauf
- Beratung zu Fahrzeugdienstleistungsprodukten und Rechnungsstellung
Qualifications
- Kaufmännisches und technisches Grundverständnis
- Gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Kundenorientierung
- Freundlichkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
