Darüber hinaus verfügt die TBS über ein Center of Excellence für Prozessautomatisierungen, das interne Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen RPA (Robotic Process Automation) und Process Excellence anbietet. Durch die Zusammenlegung gleichartiger Abteilungen aus mehreren Unternehmen zu einem Shared Service Center werden Synergien und Effizienzgewinne durch Optimierung von Prozessen realisiert.
