About the Role Gerresheimer is offering an Ausbildung with Perspektive: Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) starting 15.08.2027 in Bünde, Germany. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and 6 months and provides hands-on training in metalworking, machine assembly, repair and commissioning of machines and production systems, and exposure to special machines and maintenance services in a modern workshop. What You'll Do
- Learn to assemble, repair and commission machines and production systems, and maintain tooling and special machines — and even build them yourself.
- Train in metalworking and learn to operate turning, drilling, and milling machines in our in-house training workshop.
- Rotate through departments (special machine construction, production, maintenance service) to get a holistic view of the technical processes.
- Work alongside colleagues in day-to-day operations and progressively take on small projects or process steps with increasing responsibility. What We're Looking For
- At least a Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent.
- Strong math and physics skills.
- Enjoy helping family and friends with technical questions; team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts in the chosen profession.
