About the Role The Sinch board appointed Deloitte AB as the company's auditor for the period until the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The auditor participates in the Audit Committee's meetings and reports observations to the Board as required, but at least once per year.
What You'll Do
- Attend Audit Committee meetings and report observations to the Board as required, but at least once per year.
What We're Looking For
- Current auditor Johan Telander; Auditor in Sinch since 2020; Partner and Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte; Born 1978.
Nice to Have
- Other audit assignments: AFRY, Boozt, Clas Ohlson and Synsam.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fees shall be paid in accordance with approved invoices and customary billing standards.
