Job Description Auditor ISPO
- Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.
- Coordinates the schedule and audit plan with the customer and, if necessary, with the auditor team.
- Collects and analyses data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
- Might lead the audit in the function of the lead auditor.
- Records strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.
- Creates audit documentation and audit reports.
- Prepares explains audit findings and recommends solutions to auditee.
- And other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
Must possess practical experience related to ISPO principles and criteria:
Sector & Focus Areas:
- Palm oil sector (or demonstrable equivalent).
- Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and pesticide/fertilizer use.
- OHS auditing on farms and in processing facilities (e.g., OHSAS 18001, SMK3, or ISO 45001).
- Worker welfare and social auditing (e.g., SA8000 or related ethical accountability codes).
- Environmental, forestry, ecological, and management system auditing (e.g., organic agriculture, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SFM, CoC, or Wood Legality Verification).
- Must have completed at least 4 full audits or 20 man-days of complete audit work (planning, auditing, and reporting) within the last 3 years.
- Must possess technical skills for assessing ISPO principles and criteria (making technical judgments), evidenced by a training certificate and the completion of 20 man-days as an intern/observer in audit training.
Additional Work Requirements
- Passed training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training Course as evidenced by a training certificate (minimum awareness or other training which goals to understand the basic principles of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Awareness of ISO 19011:2018 concerning Guidelines for Management System Audits, evidenced by a training certificate;
- ISPO training certificate conducted by an ISPO Training Institute registered with the Directorate General of Plantations;
- Awarded of Personal Competency Certificate issued by Professional Certification Body and valid for two (2) years from the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation.
Language Skills
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) for effective reporting and communication
