Job title: Audit Senior Associate
About the Role Baker Tilly US (BT) is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join our fast-growing assurance practice. You will deliver industry-focused audit and other assurance services to middle-market clients, building trusted relationships and advancing your career in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various assurance and consulting services to clients.
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather needed information to complete testing and respond to questions raised; plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities.
- Review and perform substantive testing on clients' balance sheets and income statements; conduct and review tests to assess deficiencies of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
- Play an active role in discussions with the Manager and Partner relative to business recommendations resulting from testing performed and information gathered.
- Learn and grow from on-the-job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm-wide learning and development programs.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and with clients.
- Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.

What We're Looking For
- 4-year degree; CPA eligible; 3 years of experience.
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion of exam; 2+ years of experience providing financial statement auditing services within a public accounting firm.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
- Microsoft Suite skills.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $71,650–$94,050 per year.
