About the Role Join Sonova Audiological Care France (Audition Santé) as an Audioprothésiste D.E. in Cahors. This CDI, part-time role (28 hours/week) combines hands-on audiological care with a strong service ethos, supporting our laboratories at ARS SUR MOSELLE (2 days/week) and LONGEVILLE (2 days/week). You’ll benefit from an onboarding and tailored training path from day one to support your integration and ongoing development. What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered audiological care as an Audioprothésiste D.E. within AuditionSanté.
- Manage responsibilities across two sites (ARS SUR MOSELLE and LONGEVILLE), 2 days per week each, within a permanent part-time framework (28 hours/week).
- Engage in a comprehensive onboarding and internal training program, participate in ORL sessions and Congresses, and contribute to the training of students.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and a positive patient experience. What We're Looking For
- French State Diploma of Audioprothésiste (D.E.).
- Strong service orientation with a focus on proximity and expertise; excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work part-time across multiple sites (2 days/week at each lab).
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training, professional events (ORL sessions, congresses), and student training.
- Cadre statut Niveau IV is a plus (as referenced in the benefits section). Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in contributing to professional events and student training activities.
- Willingness to participate in the integration and development programs described by AuditionSanté. Compensation & Benefits
- Brut annual salary: fixed + variable + performance-based incentives on objectives.
