Position Overview

Scope of Practice & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations within the provider's scope of practice

Assess patient hearing needs and recommend individualized solutions

Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using appropriate clinical practices

Provide counseling on hearing loss, hearing technology, and communication strategies

Perform hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and ongoing follow-up care

Establish positive, long-term relationships with patients
Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree or appropriate Hearing Instrument Specialist qualifications

Active or eligible professional licensure in Nevada

Strong patient communication and counseling skills
