The provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, patient counseling, and ongoing follow-up care.
Scope of Practice & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments within the provider's scope of practice

Educate patients on hearing loss, test results, and treatment options

Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on clinical findings and lifestyle needs

Provide hearing aid fittings, verification, counseling, and follow-up care

Maintain accurate and compliant patient records

Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience aligned with clinic standards
Qualifications

AuD degree or qualifications as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist

Current or eligible for appropriate Ohio professional licensure

Strong patient communication and counseling skills
