About the Role Join AudioNova, the fastest-growing private audiology care group in the U.S., as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI. You’ll perform patient hearing assessments, analyze results, and help patients choose from a range of solutions to meet their hearing goals. You’ll work with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered care and engage in community outreach to grow the practice. What You'll Do

  • Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend varied treatment and product options
  • Address patient’s questions and concerns regarding benefits of hearing aid use
  • Discuss pricing of hearing instruments, presenting the value of hearing health care, your services, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use
  • Conduct community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals
  • Teach patients how to utilize the new technology to meet their hearing goals
  • Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings; perform adjustments to fitted products; comply with quality standards
  • With direct support of clinic staff, ensure smooth office operations What We're Looking For
  • Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Michigan
  • Doctorate in Audiology preferred
  • 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs are encouraged to apply
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ability to work in a diverse, collaborative team Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Commission
