Overview
Studio Shubz is recruiting creative professionals to lead its production departments, manage client projects, grow revenue, and develop its original creative properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production delivery, scheduling, team coordination, and quality control.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, bookings, and profitable operations.
- Develop production systems and ensure equipment and teams are ready for assignments.
- Grow the organisation’s original creative projects and intellectual properties.
- Build efficient departments that operate with minimal day-to-day founder supervision.
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional skills in audio production, photography, or video/film, depending on the role.
- Ability to manage projects, teams, clients, and production workflows.
- Strong business, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, accountability, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Compensation
Monthly retainer, with separately approved production fees and performance incentives. Final terms will be discussed during screening.
