Attorney/Lawyer

About the Role We are looking for an attorney to join a growing boutique lemon law practice in Beverly Hills, California. This role offers the opportunity to manage plaintiff-side litigation matters in a collaborative office where attorneys work closely together and contribute to meaningful case strategy. What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of lemon law litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, adjusting approach based on the complexity and procedural track of each matter.
• Represent clients at court appearances, hearings, depositions, and vehicle inspections while maintaining strong preparation and follow-through at every stage.
• Draft, revise, and file motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents that support effective case development and advocacy.
• Oversee written discovery, responses, and related strategy, ensuring each matter progresses efficiently and in compliance with deadlines.
• Develop litigation plans for matters involving both faster-moving regulatory pathways and more heavily contested manufacturer disputes.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff to keep cases moving and expectations clearly aligned.
• Work closely with fellow attorneys and support staff in an on-site environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and team-based problem solving.
• Contribute to the firm’s continued growth by handling an active caseload and supporting high-quality plaintiff litigation outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Commutable to Beverly Hills, CA; active attorney license and good standing required.
• At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation filings.
• Experience managing discovery, including written discovery strategy and responses.
• Background in plaintiff-side litigation strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with lemon law matters is preferred.
• Comfortable handling court appearances, depositions, and hearings as part of day-to-day practice.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters in an on-site legal environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 150000 - 225000 USD per year.
• Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
