About the Role Kelley Drye's Attorney Training and Development Committee sponsors programming that supports attorneys at all levels, from summer associates to first-year associates and beyond, including mock training, coaching, lectures and on-demand options to support professional development. The program includes opportunities for summer associates to negotiate in a mock leveraged buyout and to argue a motion in Kelley Drye's trial advocacy program, a multi-day first-year orientation and an ongoing curriculum focused on writing and navigating the professional world, and shadow training with hours credit. What You'll Do
- Participate in interactive mock training opportunities and one-on-one coaching, plus classroom-style lectures and on-demand options
- Take part in mock LBO negotiations as a summer associate and argue motions in the trial advocacy program
