Contribute to mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation by assisting with strategy, evidence organization, and advocacy support.
-
Analyze liability, defenses, damages exposure, and settlement options to help shape thoughtful litigation and resolution strategies.
-
Track deadlines, maintain orderly matter documentation, and ensure case files remain current and well managed throughout the litigation lifecycle.
-
Develop practical approaches to disputes that align legal strategy with strong client service and favorable outcomes.
-
Active California State Bar membership in good standing and at least 1 year of relevant legal experience.

-
Confidence and sound judgment when interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel.
-
Professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused approach to legal representation.
