A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney to join its commercial and real estate litigation practice. This attorney will manage a range of business and property-related disputes while working directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial, business, and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients in contract disputes, business disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and other property-related litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other involved parties.
- Manage case deadlines and maintain organized files.
