Location: Los Angeles, CA | On-Site. Join our team in Los Angeles, working Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility. This is an in-office opportunity for attorneys who enjoy collaboration and an active litigation practice.
Note: Applicants must have substantial, hands-on employment litigation experience. General civil litigation experience alone is not sufficient. Attorneys with relevant defense-side employment litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Handle employment litigation matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case strategies, and manage discovery.
- Take and defend depositions, negotiate settlements, and participate in mediation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and assist with trial preparation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their concerns and pursue favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with our litigation team to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications

4+ years of directly relevant employment litigation experience; 5+ years preferred.

Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Prior employment litigation experience within a law firm.

Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and case management skills.

Experience representing either employees or employers in employment litigation.

Trial experience strongly preferred but not required.

Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles five days per week.
