About the Role Join Rawle & Henderson's Philadelphia office as an attorney focusing on civil defense litigation within the firm's insurance defense and insurance coverage practice. This role requires 1–3 years of civil defense experience, admission to practice in PA and NJ, and strong research, writing, and attention to detail. Insurance coverage experience is a plus. What You'll Do
- Participate in civil defense litigation matters for the insurance defense and insurance coverage practice.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda; manage discovery and trial prep.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to support case strategy and client service. What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of civil defense litigation experience.
- Admitted to practice in PA and NJ.
- Strong attention to detail; excellent research and writing skills.
- Insurance coverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time; part-time considered. Nice to Have
