About the Role BRINKS is seeking an ATM Monitoring professional to monitor ATM status in real-time, manage incident reporting, and coordinate repairs. This role ensures ATM availability, adherence to SLAs, and accurate operational documentation.
What You'll Do
- Monitor ATM status (online/offline) in real-time.
- Check operational conditions (cash, receipt paper, errors, network).
- Receive and record incident reports.
- Report issues to technicians/FLM for resolution.
- Follow up until ATM returns to normal operation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to accelerate repairs.
- Ensure SLA targets and response times are met.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Input incident data into the monitoring system.
- Maintain data accuracy and operational documentation.
