Job title: ATM Maintenance Technician
About the Role BRINKS is seeking an ATM Maintenance Technician to perform routine checks and maintenance on ATMs in West Java, Indonesia. The role focuses on ensuring ATM availability, handling minor issues, and coordinating with technicians and banks to minimize downtime.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of ATMs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor ATM faults such as paper jams, receipt out, or operational errors
- Replace consumables (receipt paper and journal paper)
- Keep ATM clean, in normal condition, and ready for customer use
- Monitor ATM condition and report damages to the relevant technicians
- Assist cash replenishment and cash verification according to procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize ATM downtime
- Prepare daily reports of visits and ATM maintenance
- Coordinate with monitoring team, technicians, and the bank to address ATM issues
What We're Looking For
- Experience in ATM maintenance or field operations
- Ability to perform routine ATM maintenance and troubleshoot minor ATM issues (paper jams, receipt issues, operational errors)
- Ability to keep ATM clean and ready for customer use
- Competence in monitoring ATM condition and reporting to technicians
- Experience coordinating with monitoring teams, technicians, and bank representatives
- Willingness to work onsite in West Java
- Ability to prepare daily maintenance reports
