Job title: ATM Maintenance Technician
About the Role This ATM maintenance role is based in Purwokerto, Indonesia, and is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of ATM machines to ensure uptime and compliance with SOPs. The technician handles basic hardware and software issues, performs resets and minor part replacements, and coordinates with helpdesk and bank partners.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on ATM machines, and handle light to medium technical issues (hardware & basic software).
- Perform resets, reboots, and replacement of minor parts according to standards.
- Monitor and respond to ATM incidents from monitoring systems/helpdesk; follow up on alarms based on priority and SLA; ensure ATM operating normally after repairs.
- Complete daily job reports, document repair activities, spare parts used, and ATM downtime; ensure data is accurately recorded in the company system.
- Comply with SOPs, security policies, and Bank/Principal ATM standards; protect data confidentiality, PIN pads, and ATM assets; use PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Helpdesk, SLT, Vendors, and Bank; escalate issues to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) when not resolvable.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for ATMs (hardware and basic software).
- Ability to handle light to medium technical issues and perform resets, reboots, and minor spare part replacements.
- Experience in monitoring/alert response from monitoring systems or helpdesk; ability to prioritize and adhere to SLA.
- Strong documentation skills; ability to record repair activities, spare parts, and downtime accurately in the system.
- Commitment to SOPs, security policies, and safety procedures; confidentiality of data, PIN pads, and ATM assets; use of APD (PPE).
- Excellent coordination with Helpdesk, SLT, Vendors, and Bank; capable of escalating unresolved issues to SLM.
