Job title: ATM Loader / Security Officer
About the Role Working at Fidelity Cash Solutions Witbank, reporting to the Branch Manager, the role focuses on loading client ATMs and ensuring secure, accurate cash handling daily.
What You'll Do
- Load all ATMs on a daily basis
- Secure and account for all cash transactions on a daily basis
- Attend to technical faults on the ATM
- Balance and ensure accurate cash transaction handling
- Ensure all client assets are secured at all times and key procedures are followed
- Manage in-transit tracking/scanning operations and client interactions
- Provide customer service and relations support
- Willing to work overtime and travel as required; maintain alertness
What We're Looking For
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accreditation at least Grade B
- Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle
- SAPS competency certificate
- CIT certificate
- Experience in security industry or similar role
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate
