Job title: ATM Field Maintenance Technician (FLM)
About the Role Role involves performing light fault handling on ATMs (paper jam, card jam, cash jam, reset, refill paper). Conduct routine visits to ensure ATMs operate normally per SOP. Replace or add consumables (thermal paper, ribbon, cleaning, etc.). Conduct initial troubleshooting before escalation to Second Level Maintenance (SLM). Prepare visit reports, machine status, and field issues. Coordinate with Monitoring, SLM, and CIT teams to ensure optimal ATM uptime. Maintain safety of the work area when servicing FLM.
What You'll Do
- Perform light fault handling on ATMs (paper jam, card jam, cash jam, resets, paper refills)
- Conduct routine visits to ensure ATM functions in accordance with SOP
- Replace/add consumables (thermal paper, ribbon, cleaning, etc.)
- Perform initial troubleshooting before escalation to Second Level Maintenance (SLM)
- Create visit reports, machine status, and field issues
- Coordinate with Monitoring, SLM, and CIT teams to ensure optimal ATM uptime
- Maintain safety of the work area while performing FLM services
What We're Looking For
- Experience in field maintenance or ATM service is preferred
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong reporting/documentation skills
- Good coordination with cross-functional teams (Monitoring, SLM, CIT)
- Safety awareness and attention to security in field service
- Willingness to work onsite at ATM locations
