About the Role BRINKS is seeking an ATM Field Maintenance Technician to perform routine checks and maintenance on ATM machines, ensuring they are clean, operational, and ready for customer use. The role involves handling minor ATM issues, replacing consumables, monitoring ATM status, and coordinating with technicians and bank partners to minimize downtime.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine ATM inspections and maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor ATM issues such as paper jams, low receipt/journal paper, or operational errors
- Replace consumables (receipts and journal paper)
- Ensure ATM is clean, in normal condition, and ready for customer use
- Monitor ATM status and report damages to the relevant technicians
- Assist with cash replenishment checks according to procedures
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize ATM downtime
- Prepare daily reports of visits and maintenance
- Coordinate with the monitoring team, technicians, and banks regarding ATM issues
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform routine ATM checks and maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common ATM issues
- Experience with consumable replacement and daily reporting
- Willingness to work onsite in Medan, Indonesia
- Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
