About the Role
BRINKS is seeking an ATM Field Maintenance (FLM) technician in Batam, Indonesia. The role focuses on quick-response handling of minor ATM issues, routine site visits, consumables replenishment, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with monitoring and support teams to maximize ATM uptime while ensuring safety.
What You'll Do
- Handle minor ATM disturbances (paper jam, card jam, cash jam, reset, paper refills).
- Conduct routine visits to ensure ATM operates per SOP.
- Replace/add consumables (thermal paper, ribbon, cleaning, etc.).
- Perform initial troubleshooting before escalation to Second Level Maintenance (SLM).
- Prepare visit reports, machine status, and field issues.
- Coordinate with Monitoring, SLM, and CIT teams to ensure optimal ATM uptime.
- Maintain safety of the work area during FLM service.
