• Proficient in upgrading Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring minimal downtime and successful version transitions.
• Successfully migrated Jira and Confluence from Server to Atlassian Cloud, including user data, workflows, and custom configurations.
• Developed and maintained Groovy and Shell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application-level and server-side issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Installed and configured Jira Suite Utilities plugin to enhance workflows with advanced conditions, validators, and post-functions.
• Managed user provisioning in Active Directory, synchronized users with Jira, and assigned appropriate groups and permissions.
• Installed, configured, and maintained Jira and Confluence plugins in production environments to extend platform functionality.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, and Git, including setup, configuration, and administration of application servers.
• Administered Jira Add-ons and configured Jira for Helpdesk and ticketing systems, improving team support operations.
• Published Jira gadgets and dashboards on Confluence pages to enhance visibility and reporting across teams.
