About the Role Part-time Athletics Department Bus Driver responsible for transporting student-athletes and staff to off-campus events and practices. Hours vary with athletic schedules, typically from mid-August through May, with additional hours in the summer. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.
What You'll Do
- Transport students and staff to practices and competitions from mid-August through May; hours per week vary with season and travel needs. Additional summer hours as needed.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule; nights and weekends are required.
- Maintain a written activity log and communicate; training on Google Docs will be provided.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma; clean driving record.
- Class B CDL with air brakes and passenger and school bus endorsements; familiarity with DOT rules and requirements.
- Ability to read basic instructions, road signs, and maps; keep a written log of activity.
- Strong customer service abilities with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; professional appearance; positive attitude; willingness to learn and be coached.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20.00 per hour (non-exempt under FLSA). Part-time role eligible for the University’s Total Rewards package.
