Job title: Athletic Student Worker Level 1 – Men’s Wrestling
About the Role Schreiner University is seeking an Athletic Student Worker Level 1 for Men’s Wrestling to support practice/match setup, equipment maintenance, and space upkeep within the athletics department. This role reports to the Associate Athletic Director / Men’s Wrestling Head Coaching Staff.
What You'll Do
- Practice/match set-up and take down
- Maintenance and cleaning of athletic equipment and mats
- Maintenance of athletic space and common areas
- Manage and help maintain wrestling area and mats with guidance from coaching staff
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled as a full-time Schreiner University student with a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; able to follow instructions in emergency situations
- Good communication skills; punctual and reliable; professional interactions with supervisors and others
- Must be reliable; good people skills and strong work ethic
Nice to Have
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Wrestling maintenance experience preferred
