Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.
The role You are the connective tissue of the Free Agent community. You bring new athletes in, welcome them, make introductions, and keep the network active. Your job is to make every athlete feel like they walked into a locker room where people have their back.
What you'll do

Onboard new athletes and get them fully set up and verified

Run one-to-one and small-group intros between members

Host community calls, threads, and events that keep people engaged

Spot standout athletes and flag them for spotlights and opportunities

Feed what you hear from the community back to the product and content team
