- Gestión de llamadas telefónicas de las diferentes líneas para atender las solicitudes que provengan de clientes finales, distribuidores y equipo comercial de Canadá.
- Gestión oportuna de correos electrónicos de las diferentes bandejas que provengan de clientes finales, distribuidores y equipo comercial de Canadá.
- Garantizar el correcto ingreso de órdenes y transacciones en el sistema, evitando errores operativos para dar seguimiento a los pedidos de los clientes.
- Proporcionar la información requerida por los clientes (manuales, fichas técnicas, SAP, plataformas o portales, etc).
