- New Product Support: participate in new product development and complete joint Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) evaluations.
- Team Leadership: train, mentor, and organize SQE staff to optimize material quality assurance.
- Process Improvement: develop process norms for vendor verification and enhance the technical capabilities of suppliers.
