Job Summary
The Asst. Finance Officer (Global Fund GC7 Grant) will assist in management of Accounts payable and receivable functions for the state and also support the day-to-day financial activities of the state. He/she will ensure that all supporting documents for each budget line are in line with Global Fund approved Means of Verification (MOVs)/Checklist and liaise with the HQ finance team on all payments as well as budget tracking. Under the guidance and supervision of the State Technical Officer (STO), She/he will provide direct support to the program implementation team and operations on the general management of Global Fund (GF) CPPM GC7 Grant.
Key Responsibilities
- The day-to-day fiscal controls of all projects assigned to him/her in collaboration with budget holders.
