About this role
ASST COACH TRACK & CROSS COUNTRY
The Assistant Coach will help the head coach organize, develop, and implement a competitive NCAA Division I Track & Field program in compliance with NCAA and A10 Conference rules and regulations. This position will have coaching and recruiting responsibilities for mid-distance and distance.
- Assists in practice planning, meet preparation, and athletic conditioning.
- Assists in recruiting, daily practice, and travel arrangements for team competition.
- Assists with organizing team/alumni fundraising, mailings, event, public relations and other assignments.
- Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- One to three years of collegiate-level coaching experience in Cross Country/Track & Field.
- Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations
- Commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.
