About the Role The Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution supports inbound/outbound material flow, inventory control, and order fulfillment at the Hebron, KY Distribution Center. This on-site role ensures accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations while contributing to continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship orders; inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates, and product part numbers.
- Manage inventory with cycle counts, reconciliation, and scrapping damaged product; perform data entry using laptops.
- Create and maintain documentation for orders; reconcile inventory and perform cycle counts as assigned.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (power jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks) as required.
- Identify and solve routine problems with the management team; assist with organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.
- Maintain safety and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; follow instructions and work independently.
- This on-site role is based at the Hebron, KY Distribution Center. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills; daily use of laptops.
- Inventory experience or familiarity with cycle counting and data entry.
- Willingness to operate powered equipment as needed. Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to lean and quality initiatives.
- Prior experience in distribution/inventory control.
