About the Role A distribution/receiving technician role based in Hebron, KY, supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics operations within a Danaher subsidiary. The Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution handles incoming/outgoing materials, maintains inventory, and supports process improvements while ensuring accurate documentation and safe operations. What You'll Do
- Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders.
- Inspects materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number.
- Creates and/or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders.
- Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned.
- May involve operation of powered industrial equipment (power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, reach trucks).
- Identifies and solves routine problems in the work area with the management team. Assists management on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives. What We're Looking For
- High school degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly during an 8- to 10-hour shift; Push/Pull/Bend/Twist multiple times, up to 2 to 4 hours continuously during the shift; Sitting 0% of the time. Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
