About the Role Join our European Technical Service team of around 40 experts supporting customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In this office‑based role, you will use your molecular biology knowledge and French/German/Spanish language skills to help researchers, scientists and clinicians troubleshoot and succeed with their experiments. What You'll Do
- Providing prompt, professional and accurate technical support to our international customers via phone and email.
- Understanding and advising on experimental setups involving QIAGEN products across molecular biology workflows.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of technologies, products and internal processes.
- Contributing to improvements of service processes and future support solutions.
- Managing and prioritizing incoming requests to meet customer and team needs. What We're Looking For
- Practical laboratory experience with core molecular biology techniques (e.g., nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR).
- Fluency in English and either French or German or Spanish.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude in dynamic and changing environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in molecular biology.
