About the Role Associate Software Engineer - Product Operations is responsible for supporting the delivery of our products and services to clients by partnering with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients during onboarding, configuration, implementation, and live phases. You will maintain and optimize client financial instances to support transaction processing and settlement, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficient product implementations. What You'll Do
- Support onboarding, configuration, implementation, and live operation phases by coordinating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize client financial instances to support transaction processing and settlement operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems and databases, leveraging strong SQL skills.
- Work on product implementations, network reconciliations, database configurations, API certifications, and migrations using JIRA and OTRS.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and configurations.
- Consult with clients during onboarding, address questions or concerns, and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary for timely resolution.
- Continuously improve product implementation processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Availability for night shifts; willingness to work night hours as needed. What We're Looking For
- Education: BS/MS in CS, IT, SE, CE, or EE with a major in CS.
- Experience: Fresh / entry-level.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Good Software Engineering concepts.
- Comfortable with Night Shift.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of Operating Systems, OOP, SE Concepts & APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
