Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and partner with Product, UX, and Quality Engineering to turn customer and business needs into impactful capabilities. By leveraging AI-powered development tools, you’ll accelerate innovation, drive customer value, and support Litera’s continued growth. What You’ll Deliver

• High-quality software features that improve customer experiences across Litera’s SaaS product portfolio.
• Greater application stability, performance, and reliability through identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Impactful product capabilities built in partnership with Product, UX, and Quality Engineering teams to meet customer and business needs.
• Improved code quality and maintainability through testing, peer reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Faster delivery and streamlined engineering workflows through AI-powered development tools.
• Scalable cloud-based applications and services that support a global customer base.
• Continued growth in technical expertise across modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies, while contributing as an engaged member of an Agile team.

What You’ll Bring Must-Haves:

• 0–2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Foundational understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies in an AI-first engineering environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Exposure to full-stack web development using .NET/C#, REST APIs, or similar modern application frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, legal technology, data analytics, AI/ML applications, or experience in fast-paced environments through projects, open-source work, or hackathons.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $125,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
