Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML

Devsinc is looking for motivated AI/ML Associates to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. Requirements

• Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.

• Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using machine learning and deep learning techniques.

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

• Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Explore and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and prompt engineering.

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for code quality, testing, and version control.

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in AI/ML development through professional work, internships, or relevant projects.

• Strong programming fundamentals and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts.

• A portfolio of relevant projects or practical implementations is a plus.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Working knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.

• Basic knowledge of deep learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, Git, and model deployment.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
