Associate Sales Representative
Begin your career in medical device sales with a hands-on role supporting healthcare professionals and innovative technologies that help improve patient care. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

What You Will Do You will support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory. You will prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings. You will provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience. You will manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory. You will track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements. You will partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives. You will participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role. Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities. Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments. Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Salary is $70,000 and may be eligible to earn a bonus plus benefits.
