The Associate IT Research Professional provides support to a growing business and emerging IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing IT support in the following areas:
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets: o Support local and remote users o Install software on Windows
- Assist with employee IT infrastructure: o Configure employee workstation/laptop configuration o Configure employee accounts / active directory
