Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter supports the full-cycle recruiting process by identifying, attracting, and engaging talent for a variety of positions across the organization. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience while ensuring alignment with business needs and company hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and corporate positions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Assist with employment offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and pre-employment processes.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates on active requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
• Participate in employer branding, campus recruiting, career fairs, and networking events as needed.
