About the Role Join HelloRache's Diabetes Digital team as an Associate RDN Level I (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). This remote outpatient role focuses on counseling and diabetes nutrition therapy, delivering telehealth services, and documenting notes to support patient care. What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient nutrition counseling and diabetes MNT in a remote setting
- Lead telehealth sessions (typically 50 minutes) and document notes; AI-assisted note-taking is built into workflow
- Schedule and manage client load (up to 29 sessions per week) with a 4-day work week and flexible options
- Utilize note templates and patient handouts to coordinate care and education
- Participate in team meetings and allocate time for administrative duties (up to 3 hours/week)
- Engage in professional development with supervision and continuing education opportunities What We're Looking For
- Active CDR registration (RD/RDN)
- 1–3 years outpatient counseling experience; diabetes MNT experience preferred
- Familiarity with HAES/Intuitive Eating; commitment to social justice
- Telehealth competency and comfort with digital workflows
- Strong collaboration, communication, and patient-centered approach Nice to Have
- Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies
- Interest in advancing to lead clinical roles; willingness to pursue licensure support and development Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $72,000–$84,000 per year (W-2)
- Remote, full-time role; approximately 32 hours/week with a 4-day schedule
- Up to 29 client sessions per week; 50-minute sessions

- Weekly team meeting; annual team trip (e.g., Palm Springs, Mexico)
- Professional development and clinical supervision (weekly group, monthly 1:1; 20 CEUs annually through Diabetes Digital)
