About the Role

Associate Project Manager to support coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments. This is a remote role based in Mexico City, with collaboration across ICON's Research Services and Clinical Operations teams. What You'll Do

  • With support, manage projects in a timely manner in adherence with SOPs and regulations, liaising with other department managers as necessary

  • Serve as the key client contact for designated projects and develop successful working relationships

  • Develop and hand over project team succession plans when changes occur, with thorough documentation

  • Lead the development and maintenance of project management documents (timelines, plans, communication and risk analysis)

  • Review/approve project materials (protocols/guidelines, informed consent forms, case report forms, site training materials, reports, newsletters)

  • Monitor quality specifications within the project and ensure alignment with requirements

  • Liaise with internal functional leads and clients on project-related matters

  • Assess site training and site management with Research Services and Clinical Operations to ensure efficiency and consistency

  • Support management of project financials (scope, changes, invoicing, grant payments) and collaborate with Finance to ensure revenue recognition

  • Keep senior management informed of project status, including quality, timelines, and staffing; maintain confidentiality What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Knowledge of IRT (Interactive Response Technology) systems is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IRT systems is preferred (optional)
