Associate Project Manager
About this role
We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to join us on a 12-month, fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave, with a focus on day-to-day resourcing and traffic flow for our creative team. This person will be the connective tissue between incoming creative requests and the copywriters, designers, and content specialists who fulfill them, making sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time, and that everyone involved always knows where things stand. Success in this role hinges as much on clear, proactive communication as it does on logistics: you'll manage expectations with stakeholders across the business, from the requesters submitting briefs to the creatives executing them to the leadership tracking output, and surface trade-offs early so nothing catches anyone off guard.
