About the Role
Associate Project Manager within ICON’s Language Services team, coordinating translation projects for clinical trial materials. The role supports the Commercialization and Outcomes group and serves internal and external clients across ICON’s global offices. You will focus on delivering high-quality translations with excellent customer service. What You'll Do

Coordinate translation projects for clinical trial materials with internal stakeholders and freelance translators to ensure timely delivery and quality

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing client needs, timelines, and resource allocation

Communicate effectively with clients and translators to maintain strong working relationships

Collaborate with the Language Services team across ICON offices (Abingdon, Raleigh-Durham, Lyon, Barcelona, Seoul) to support project delivery

Help maintain project documentation, status updates, and metrics What We're Looking For

Background/qualification in languages, linguistics, or project management is preferred

Drive, passion, and strong sense of teamwork with a desire to progress within ICON

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Interest in clinical translations or languages and experience coordinating translation projects Nice to Have
