About this role

Job title: Associate Product Marketing Manager

Based in Austin, as an Associate Product Marketing Manager on the Americas Product team, you will help shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted across North and Latin America. You will translate product capabilities into clear customer value, partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Solutions, and bring market insights back into the roadmap. This role is ideal for a product marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve core product messaging for the Americas, including value propositions, differentiators, personas, and use cases

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for feature releases and product launches, including timelines, product briefs, and cross-functional coordination

  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, demo narratives, collateral) and ensure field teams can use them effectively

  • Develop and own narrative creation to support Marketing on customer-facing content that supports the full funnel (e.g. help drive the framing and messaging for Marketing’s case studies, webinars, emails, website copy)

  • Work with Product Management team members to craft launch narratives, gather proof points, and ensure messaging reflects product reality and roadmap priorities

  • Run competitive and market intelligence to inform positioning, pricing/packaging conversations, and sales motions, and share the insights across the company

  • Analyze product engagement data to identify adoption gaps and experience improvements

  • Drive product adoption and expansion by developing adoption and upsell/cross-sell messaging, in-product communications, and expansion use cases, and by informing audience segmentation in partnership with Marketing

  • Measure and report the impact of launches and messaging (e.g., feature adoption, enablement usage, competitive win/loss, and message resonance) and iterate based on learnings

  • Represent the “voice of the customer” by synthesizing customer feedback, win/loss insights, and regional trends for internal stakeholders

  • What we are looking for

Required attributes:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting go-to-market, product marketing, or sales enablement in a B2B environment (technology, SaaS, data, or professional services)
  • Ability to turn complex product concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging and error-free written materials
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Solutions to drive outcomes
  • Analytical mindset: you can use product usage data and qualitative feedback to drive strategic insights and improve messaging and programs
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience supporting product launches in the Americas and/or working with regionally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with product and competitive analytics tools and CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) to inform positioning, messaging, and win/loss analysis
  • Exposure to the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or enterprise software space
  • We strongly encourage women and candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. There is evidence that people from under-represented groups may be less likely to apply unless they meet virtually every selection criterion. We urge candidates who meet at least some of the criteria to consider applying, especially if you are passionate about climate, energy, economics, data analytics, software, strategy, or consulting – there’s a role that’ll fit you at Aurora.
